  6. of government bills, as well as more general debates. 
  7. The first part of Public Business is set aside for the 
  8. administration of business which does not have any 
  9. direct bearing on the day's major debates. This includes 
  10. the Introduction of Public Bills, Government Business 
  11. Motions, and motions to introduce Ten Minute Rule Bills.
